What we offer: Cross Training and Circuit Training is designed for universal scalability making it the best application for any committed individual regardless of experience. Circuit training is defined as body conditioning training and high-intensity aerobics. It is designed to be easy to follow and target strength building as well as muscular endurance. It is our firm belief that this type of training is the answer to the fitness question. Stop wasting hours in the gym. Each workout will be specifically planned and programed every session. All you need to do is show up, work hard and have fun. This type of training is fast, explosive and effective. It can be scaled to meet anyone’s needs and best of all.. It works
Equipment that you will use: We have a wide range of equipment ranging from dumbbells, to free-weights to medicine balls. Because this is a functional workout regimen we will be doing a lot of body weight excises as well as running and sprinting. Every class will have different workouts so you don’t do the same routine twice
Who is this for? The answer is simple.. ANYONE! It doesn’t matter if you’re a soccer mom or a mma fighter. There is going to be a mix of Lifts, Strength Training, Running, Sprinting, Climbing, Sweating and Screaming. And any and all will be able to participate! Put in the effort and the results will follow!
