Connecting the Yoga movements between one posture to the next should follow the rhythm of a deep and effortless breathing. Practice together with your colleagues deep, calm, even, and powerful breathing. Your breathing becomes effortless and a guide to the practice.
A simple tool to follow is to inhale to upward movements such as “URDHVA MUKHA SVANASANA” and to exhale when transitioning to downward facing movements such as “ADHO MUKHA SVANASANA”. Coordinating the yoga movements to your breath is not only soothing but also brings you to a meditative state of oneness.
